01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ph388", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to the operator of the ph388 online gaming platform accessible at ph388.club.
• "Platform" means the ph388 website, mobile-browser interface, and all associated gaming products, sports betting services, and account management features.
• "Player", "you", or "User" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the ph388 Platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

Your access to or use of the ph388 Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. This acceptance is effective from the earlier of: (a) the date on which you complete Account registration; or (b) the date on which you first access or use any part of the ph388 Platform.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the ph388 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a promotional offer's specific terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

ph388 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

03 Eligibility & Age Verification

By registering for a ph388 Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity);
• You are accessing the Platform from the Philippines or from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion arrangement with ph388 or any other licensed gaming operator;
• The funds you use for wagering are your own and are not derived from illegal activity.

ph388 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

If ph388 determines that an Account is held or used by a person under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately closed, all transactions will be voided, all deposits will be returned to the originating payment method (less any transaction costs), and all winnings will be forfeited without exception.

04 Account Registration & Security

To place real-money wagers on ph388, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. You must notify ph388 promptly of any changes to your registered details. ph388 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Each individual may hold only one Account on ph388. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different details — is strictly prohibited. ph388 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph388 may close all but one account and void any bonuses, promotions, or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ph388 support agents will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have notified ph388 of unauthorized access prior to such activity.

ph388 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations. KYC verification is required before ph388 will process any withdrawal request. ph388 may require KYC documentation at any time, including at account registration, upon reaching certain transaction thresholds, or as part of a periodic review. Acceptable documents include a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership.

05 Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits into your ph388 Account are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following payment methods are accepted: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and player account status.

ph388 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposited funds must originate from a payment account or instrument held in the name of the registered ph388 Account holder. Deposits from joint accounts or accounts held in another person's name are not permitted.

ph388 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Fees imposed by your bank, mobile money provider, or card issuer are outside ph388's control and are your responsibility. ph388 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe is fraudulent or non-compliant with these Terms.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph388 targets same-day processing for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals following successful KYC verification.

ph388 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, including re-verification of identity, source of funds, and payment method ownership. ph388 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld in the following circumstances: (a) the Account is subject to an active investigation; (b) KYC documentation has not been provided or is outstanding; (c) active bonus wagering requirements have not been met; (d) ph388 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. ph388 will notify the Account holder of any delay and the reason for it as promptly as practicable.

07 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ph388 offers a range of promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback arrangements, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is activated. In the absence of specific terms, the following general bonus terms apply:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted, unless stated otherwise;
• Bonus Funds must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited to your Account, unless stated otherwise. Unused Bonus Funds will expire automatically;
• Bonus Funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Some games (including certain live dealer games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements;
• ph388 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at its sole discretion and without prior notice;
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through coordinated play, wagering designed to minimize risk while meeting rollover thresholds, or creation of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses — will have their bonus entitlements forfeited and may have their Accounts suspended.

08 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on ph388 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game on the Platform. The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on ph388:

• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by ph388's system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player;
• ph388 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed in error, accepted due to a system malfunction, or placed on an event the result of which was already known at the time of placement;
• Sports betting markets are governed by ph388's sportsbook rules, which address settlement procedures for postponed events, player withdrawals from competitions, and voided markets;
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, ph388's records shall be the definitive source of truth, subject to review of any reported technical malfunction;

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph388 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology that gives an unfair advantage over other players or over the Platform's systems;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement to manipulate the result of any sporting event or game on which wagers are placed;

• Fraud, including providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorized payment methods, or submitting fraudulent KYC documents;

• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed at ph388 staff or other players.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph388 Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and audiovisual elements, is the proprietary property of ph388 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the ph388 Platform without prior written authorization from ph388.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

ph388 collects, uses, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering for a ph388 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph388 implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

12 Responsible Gaming

ph388 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your Account settings at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a defined duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;

• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Any decisions you make in reliance on information, statistics, or content published on the ph388 Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph388's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

ph388 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• You have provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Your Account has been used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
• You are under 21 years of age;
• Continued operation of your Account presents a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to ph388.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting ph388 support. Upon Account closure, any verified Real Money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ph388 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date. ph388 will endeavor to notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification, but is not obligated to do so for minor or clarifying amendments.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Continued use of the ph388 Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the ph388 Platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or bonus calculation, you should first contact ph388 support to attempt an informal resolution. ph388 commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through ph388's internal process, you may seek further recourse through applicable regulatory or consumer protection channels.
